Statutory size & signature requirements:
Subdivisions: 24”x36”, 2” left margin, minimum 11 pt. type, drawn to an accurate scale.
Land within city limits, signatures are required from authorized city officials.
Land outside city limits, Board of Supervisors and County Engineer must sign.

For land inside city limits, signatures from authorized city officials is required.
Acceptable sizes: 18”x24” or 24” x 36”
Land surveyors must sign their certification, use a seal, and initial seal.
Any map not exceeding 8 ½” x14” may be recorded as a standard document or attached to a document as an “Exhibit”. The basic recording fee $14.00 will be charged, there is no special requirement as to scale or material and the document will NOT be indexed as a map.
