The Yuma County Juvenile Justice Center is charged under the laws contained in the Arizona Revised Statutes, and the Rules of Procedure for Juvenile Court established by the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona with jurisdiction over all children up to 18 years of age, who are referred for reasons of mental health, incorrigibility or delinquency, and for all families involved in dependency, severance and adoption proceedings.
